THE SLOW FIX

Quite frankly, the title drew me in.

Published in 2013, the author believes slow beats fast when it comes to solving problems, working smarter and living better, in a world addicted to speed.

The author suggests that the quick fix to problems and challenges we are facing comes more naturally to us. In fact our brains are wired in this way. His discussion of optimism is nothing short of fascinating!

I think the book is extremely well done and has served, for me, as a helpful corrective to things like Malcolm Gladwell's "Blink". Honore has written a book worthy of any decision-makers consideration.
