Published in 1997, (yes I know, but its Blanchard for crying out loud!).
This book is simply a call to block out time for dreaming and carefully considering what may be. Blanchard's concern is that leadership teams get so caught up in the present, improving what is, that there is little time left for creating what isn't. Both are vitally important to the health and effectiveness of the organization. Balance requires being intentional about the present and future.
This book may end up being a classic, if it isn't already.
