THE CHILDREN?


In preparation for the upcoming election, I am studying Jeb Bush's book "Immigration Wars: Forging an American solution."


  DAY SIXTEEN     So Jeb, what about children?

"We propose that those who were brought illegally into the United States under the age of 18, who have resided in the United States for at least 5 years, and who have committed no significant crimes also should be entitled to permanent legal residency, without having to plead guilty to a crime or suffer legal consequences."

    Agreed ... but they still need to get behind those who have been waiting legally for citizenship.
