I believe
the church exists, in large measure, to help people live in a state of
readiness for whatever life throws at them.
And life can and does throw some pretty serious stuff at us. Of course, I don’t have to tell you
that. Sometimes I feel like the
windshield . . . sometimes the bug.
The church,
at its best, is a place where you can make strong, relational connections. The Apostle Paul declared the church is to be
where we can pray for one another and comfort one another, encourage one
another, instruct one another from the Scriptures even correct one another in
love when we need it.
These
“one-another’s” are why we need church if we are going to Live Ready.
