My father, later in life, developed a habit of keeping his contact information in his shirt pocket. I think he was afraid he would get out somewhere and not be able to remember who he was or where he was going.
The Bible (our Live Ready map) not only helps us navigate this life, it reminds us WHO WE ARE IN CHRIST.
John 1:12 reminds us we are God’s children . . .Ephesians 1:5 declares we have been adopted as God’s child . . . Philippians 3:20 helps us remember we are citizens of heaven.
Get the point? Sometimes we forget who we are and where we are going, and that’s why all of us need the Live Ready map.
