BE PERFECT, THEREFORE, JUST AS YOUR HEAVENLY FATHER IS PERFECT

A pen does exactly what it was intended to do!  You could say that it is well, read on.....

It is easy to miss some of the subtlety  of John Wesley's doctrine of Christian perfection.

Wesly did not preach freedom from sin in an absolute sense; his was a relative perfection, a perfection in love that transformed the inner person to  the degree that a person did not  commit intentional sin. Hence, a person was delivered from the dominion of sin in heart and will but was not free from unintentional sin, or from human ignorance and error.  Wesley's Christian perfection was a purity of heart that affected and improved a person's outward  life but did not guarantee perfect performance or behavior.

So, let me have some feedback in the comments box below.  Do you think it is possible for your heart to be radically changed by God....in a way that our intentions, (not our performance or behavior) are perfect?
